How it works?

1. The seller will setup a deal on Truster with all product details and invite the buyer to make the payment.
2. When the buyer has made the payment, the seller will receive a personalised QR code to secure the packaging and dispatch the product to the buyer through Truster app.
3. Upon receiving the product in satisfactory condition, the buyer will scan the QR code using Truster app from the package that will trigger the payment process to the seller.
4. Incase of any dispute, the Truster agent will work with the buyer and seller to bring a mutual settlement
5. Truster will charge a fixed fee of 4% for all transaction fees from the seller or the buyer to use its service.
